Very nice clean building and rooms with a balcony to the lagoon. Stunning and excellent location to Plaza La Fiesta market with views of the ocean. Really close to shops or restaurants, the public transport and Plaza Las Americas which is a nice mall to walk around.

Overall brilliant stay for our yearly family vacation. Impeccably clean place with professional and responsive staff members and lagoon views. Early check-in, parking on site. Pool area is available for guests too. Short walk from a bus stop, convenient.

The food was good at the terrace. The hotel had a perfect and lovely location to a lagoon. Moreover, it was about 15 mins walk from Playa Tortugas.

The restaurant was beautiful with another great view, we ordered fine dishes. The room had an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

I appreciated double room with lagoon view. The location was perfect and lovely, for example, Tortuga Beach was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. It was also near to the downtown, a flee market and Coco Bongo.

The hotel had a beautiful pool overlooking the bay with yachts passing by, creating a luxurious feel. The location was convenient, only a 5-minute drive to the main attractions in the Hotel Zone and the Xcaret Xailing Ferry Terminal.
I felt completely happy during my stay at Real Inn Cancun, nothing was too much trouble.
